Inspector Notes: Repeat Violation: Observed wet wiping cloths laying on food prep tables between uses and not stored in sanitizing solution. Wet wiping cloths used to wipe down food prep tales and must be stored in sanitizing solution between uses. COS: PIC removed all wet wiping cloths.

Inspector Notes: Observed missing and damaged cove molding in the kitchen area and back room area. Observed damaged corner wall by hot water heater. PIC/CFSM stated they are repairing/replacing molding and damaged walls after January 1st.
