Observed several rusted shelves throughout kitchen area. Rusted shelves will be repainted or replaced with four to six months. Soiled nonfood contact surface will be cleaned within three to eight days.

This restaurant has had the same violations since 2019. At what point are they required to show improvement instead of consistently being slapped on the hand? Spend some time to clean and fix that screen door, Star China Buffet!
