Inspector Notes: 14 (5); Observed refrigerators in Rooms 151 and 153 having very rusty exteriors and interiors, and rusty shelving. Owner stated she was aware of the refrigerator conditions. Owner stated her husband had ordered 8 new refrigerators to replace in these rooms and other rooms. She stated refrigerators will be replaced as soon as they are delivered. Replace rusty refrigerators with new refrigerators by 12/31/24.

Inspector Notes: 14 (5); Dresser in room 153 was in poor condition. Dresser top was heavily stained and had excessive water damage on top of dresser. Damaged dresser is to be discarded. Owner stated dresser would be replaced with another dresser in better condition already in the room. She stated they have not had time to remove damaged dresser. She stated her husband will swap dressers out as soon as he can. Replace dresser no later than 12/31/24.
