PIC made a copy of EH copy of 05/26/23 inspection report to show general manager. If facility can fax or email current in date inspection report by 12/06/24 by 5:00 PM violation will be removed.

Inspector Notes: Observed food and debris under lounge chair cushion in Rooms 214, 216, and 220. Room 214 had debris and hairclip. Room 216 had waffle fries. Room 220 had cracker crumbs. All furniture furnished by hotel is to be kept clean. PIC/GM is to discuss with housekeeping staff regarding checking and cleaning/vacuuming chairs and other furniture at time of cleaning before next guest. Chairs in rooms noted are to be cleaned by 5:00 PM today.
