Inspector Notes: Observed Ready To Eat and TCS (Temperature Controlled for Safety) food held over 24 hours not date marked when product was opened. Pork/Chicken Hotdogs were opened 12/6/24 per employee and were not date marked. Two gallons of whole milk was not date marked. Pic stated not sure when it was opened. COS: All products have been dated.

Inspector Notes: Observed soiled nonfood contact surfaces of shelves throughout kitchen area. Coolers and freezers soiled inside and outside (Frigidaire upright freezer). General cleaning needed. PIC/CFSM will have all items cleaned within five to seven days.
