Inspector Notes: Repeat Violation: Observed soiled food contact surfaces of both automatic ice machines: Manitowoc and Kool Aire. Observed black and pink slime inside the ice machines. PIC will have them both cleaned by 11/15/24. Do not serve ice until both machines are cleaned.
