Inspector Notes: Observed dirty water dumped down hand washing sink in kitchen. CFSM stated she dumped out dirty water from cleaning equipment. I explained that you can not dump stuff down hand washing sink. COS: CFSM cleaned out hand washing sink and will not do it again.

Inspector Notes: Observed several utensils stored between uses in a container of water at 93°F. Can not store utensils in water unless it is maintained at 135°F or above. COS: Utensils removed.

Inspector Notes: Observed soiled nonfood contact surfaces of automatic ice machine, microwave, coolers, freezers, shelves, etc. CFSM will have everything cleaned within three to five days. Cleaning has already started.

Inspector Notes: Observed soiled walls and trim around three-compartment sink, hand sink in kitchen, under large wire shelves, etc. CFSM will have walls cleaned within three to five days.
