See temperature log for said items. Discussed with PIC Richard. He stated they are not using TPHC and I suggested they did. COS: Richard discarded the eggs.

Inspector Notes: Observed soiled nonfood contact surfaces of equipment under hood system, shelves, rolling carts, inside wooden cabinets, toasters, microwave, coolers, etc. Needs a deep cleaning. PIC/CFSM stated it will be done within three to five days.
