Inspector Notes: Observed a case of 1% milk in lunchroom cooler that expired 08/21/24. There is about 50 to 60 small cartoons of the milk. I explained to CFSM Tina Arthur that she had to get the expired milk from the small children and she did. COS: Ready to eat time/temperature control for safety food, date marking cannot exceed or be served past the expiration date. 1% milk is a TCS food. COS: Tina Arthur discarded all the milk.
