Inspector Notes: Observed cold holding TCS (Temperature Controlled for Safety) foods above 41°F in the Victory Unit #1 located in kitchen. See temperature log for said items. COS: CFSM removed all TCS foods from the unit. CFSM will use the Victory Unit #2 in the lunchroom to cold hold TCS foods until Victory #1 can maintain proper temperature. Call EH when Victory #1 is operating properly.
