Inspector Notes: Observed employee in kitchen at stove pick up several tortillas without gloves (bare hands) and wrap them in tinfoil to serve. Observed employee get cut lettuce and put it without gloves (bare hands) on a plate to be served. I had an employee explain to him what the issue was and to also discard the food. COS: Employee washed his hands before putting gloves on.

Inspector Notes: Observed several wet wiping cloths used to wipe down food prep tables and not stored in sanitizing solution between uses. After employee explained to all the other employees that you cannot leave the wet wiping cloths laying on the food prep tables between uses, the wet cloths were put in sanitizing buckets.
