Inspector Notes: Observed no paper towels at handwashing sink in the kitchen. COS: PIC installed paper towels at handwashing sink. Must have hand drying provisions (paper towels).

Inspector Notes: Observed wet wiping cloths laying on the food prep tables. Cloths are used to wipe down prep tables and not stored in sanitizing solution between uses. COS: All wet wiping cloths were removed from the prep tables and put in already mixed sanitizing solution.

Inspector Notes: Observed ice scoop handle touching the ice in the automatic ice machine. Ice scoop handle can not touch the ice. COS: Ice scoop handle was removed from the ice and properly stored.
