Inspector Notes: Observed soiled food contact surface of Hoshizaki automatic ice machine. Observed black slime/mildew inside the unit (food contact part). PIC will have it cleaned today. Do not serve ice until cleaned.

Inspector Notes: Observed wet stacking metal pans on shelves at the 3-compartment sink. Metal pans stacked wet. Metal pans must be air dried before stacking. PIC will discuss air drying to dishwasher employee today and address the metal pans today.

Inspector Notes: Observed foot pedals at handwashing sink in kitchen not working properly. The foot pedals are broken and the pedals are not anchored to the floor. PIC stated they have a work order in now to get it fixed. Should be repaired by end of week.
