Inspector Notes: .07(3)(b): Observed rear handwash sink in kitchen was supplied with soap but no paper towels or other approved hand drying method or device. It appeared that sink once had paper towel dispenser mounted on wall. Owner stated that he will install paper towels and paper towel roll holder as soon as possible at the sink. Until such time employees will use second hand sink in kitchen near office. Hand sink near office was supplied with soap and paper towels at time of inspection.


15C – nonfood-contact surfaces clean

Inspector Notes: .05(1)(i): Observed soiled nonfood contact surfaces of equipment in kitchen area and grill cooking area. Observed grease build up on stove and grill equipment at grill station. Observed build up on wire shelving, tops and sides of various equipment in kitchen. These areas show evidence of splash, spillage, accumulation. etc. and require frequent cleaning. Cleaning of these items and areas has occurred since 6/24/24 inspection. But additional cleaning and focus of equipment and areas noted is needed. Additional deep cleaning of all nonfood contact surfaces in establishment is to occur by 7/2/24.

Inspector Notes: .07(5)(b)(1): Observed soiled surfaces of floors and walls in kitchen area. These areas show evidence of splash, spillage, and accumulation. etc. on or under various shelving, tables and equipment and require frequent cleaning. Cleaning of these items and areas has occurred since 6/24/24 inspection. But additional cleaning and focus of these areas is needed. Additional cleaning, sweeping, and mopping of these areas is to occur daily and as often as necessary to keep them clean. Additional deep cleaning of floors and walls to sight and touch in kitchen area is to occur by 7/2/24.
