Inspector Notes: Observed wet wiping cloths laying on prep table and hanging on table to dry. Cloths used to wipe down food prep tables. Wet wiping cloths have to be stored in sanitizing solution between uses and/or in designated area to dry. COS: PIC removed all wet wiping cloths.
