Inspector Notes: Observed that wall between guest bath and bed appeared dingy/dirty and stained. Would not meet guest expectations of clean. Wall is to be scrubbed and cleaned to sight and touch. If wall still appears dirty and stained after cleaning, repaint wall within 30 days. See Pictures of Room 220. Observed back side of entry door and door casing appeared dirty/dingy and stained. Would not meet guest expectation of clean. Door and door casing are to be scrubbed and cleaned to sight and touch. If door and door casing still appear dirty and stained after cleaning, repaint door and door casing within 30 days. See pictures of Room 220. Other room entry doors were not dingy and stained like Room 220.

Inspector Notes: Observed microwave in Room 105 had not been inspected nor cleaned since last occupied. At time of inspection, foam plate and two packages of sausage biscuits were found in microwave. Plate and biscuits were removed and discarded by PIC. Manager/PIC is to instruct housekeeping staff to check and clean all furnishings and appliances after guest checkout.


28 – beds, mattresses, mattress pads, springs, frames, pillows, and bed coverings clean; vermin free and in good condition; bed linen properly supplied, changed and laundered

Inspector Notes: Observed gold bed coverings for both beds in Room 220 appeared to have excessive marks and staining and would not meet guest expectations of clean. If bed coverings cannot be washed and cleaned to where stains are not present, discard bedspread and replace by next guest.
