Inspector Notes: Observed ice scoop laying on top of ice machine when not in use. Top of ice machine is soiled; not clean. Ice scoop can not be stored on a dirty surface. COS: Ice scoop removed and discussed with CFSM several ways to store ice scoop between uses.
