Inspector Notes: 14(5) Observed dresser and night stand drawers in several Rooms having debris, dust, etc. showing evidence that drawers have not be vacuumed or wiped down recently. These rooms were rooms that had been remodeled and were waiting on approval to reopen for guests. Interpreter, Jay Patel, instructed motel owner, how drawers are to be cleaned and frequency of cleaning drawers and furniture. Owner is to vacuum all drawers and wipe down all furniture and then contact Jay Patel. Jay Patel will then contact EH for follow-up. Rooms cannot be rented until EH approval is given.

Inspector Notes: 14(6) During inspection, observed several rooms (remodeled ready for approval to open for guests) only having a mattress pad and bottom sheet no top sheet. Owner was instructed and trained by interpreter, Jay Patel, regarding Rules and minimum bedsheet compliance and cleaning frequency. Motel owner is to check all rooms that are to be rented or renting to guests to ensure all beds have a top sheet. Motel owner is to contact Jay Patel when rooms are ready for EH follow up. Jay Patel will then inform EH that rooms are ready to be rented.
