Virginia K. Morris, age 64, of Bainbridge, Georgia, passed away Wednesday, January 10, 2024.
The Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 pm on Monday, January 15, 2024, at Ivey Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Dewitt Phillips officiating. Virginia was born February 22, 1959, in Bainbridge, Georgia, the daughter of Erodus King. She grew up in Attapulgus. Virginia took care of her home and children. She loved fishing, yard selling, and John Wayne.
Survivors include her children, Holley Morris Earp (James) of Brinson, GA, Erick Morris (Susan) of Bainbridge, GA, Trampus Resler (Summer) of Bainbridge, GA, Terrill Resler (Nicole) of Bainbridge, GA, and Benjamin Morris (Jackie) of Dalton, GA; grandchildren, Emory Ward, Jackson Roberts, Blair Morris, Devin Morris (Caroline), Corbin Resler, Cole Resler, Sierra Resler, Haley Resler, Kayla Morris, Samantha Hester, Tyler Morris, and Megan Morris; great-grandchildren, Leighanna Howard, Braxton Jacobson, Caden Poole, Cole Poole, Jaxx Hester, and Nevaeh Hester; siblings, Deloris Ritter, Joyce Thompson, Katie Connell, and Jessie King; and numerous nieces and nephews. Virginia was preceded in death by her mother; her husband, Larry G. Morris; son, Robert Resler; and 5 siblings.
