Inspector Notes: Room 333: Observed bathroom vent fan making loud grinding sound when in use. Sounds like motor or bearing is bad. Facility is to repair or replace bathroom fan in Room 303 within 10 days.

Inspector Notes: Room 101: Observed smoke detector not provided in Room 101. Smoke detector has been removed from wall and was not replaced. Facility is to provide working smoke detector in Room 101 prior to room being rented to guests. Room 205: Observed inoperable smoke detector in Room 205. Battery has been removed from smoke detector. Replace battery or smoke detector in order to provide working smoke detector in Room 205. Room 205 is not to be rented until operable smoke detector is provided. Room 423: Observed very soiled/stained chair for guest use. Chair appears more than 50% soiled and beyond guest expectation of clean. Chair can be cleaned with upholstery cleaner. If chair still appears soiled and stained, it is to be replaced within 10 days. In all rooms inspected, observed lamps in rooms heavily rusted/pitted and some rooms more than others. Lamps may have rusted/pitted due to cleaning products used. Extremely rusted and pitted lamps are to be replaced by facility within 60 days. Room 101: Observed carpet border at floor/wall juncture coming unglued and off wall at area under smoke detector and corner near bathroom door. Re-glue carpet border to wall in Room 101 within three days.
