Inspector Notes: Observed employee hand washing sink in the back not cutting off on hot water side. EH used hand sink and was unable to turn off the hot water. Noticed water on when I entered. PIC stated they are waiting on Cooper’s Plumbing to come and repair. It will be repaired in five to seven days.
