Inspector Notes: Observed no soap provided in men’s and women’s restrooms as requried by Rules. Bar soap was provided in women’s restroom for common use. Dispenser’s in men’s restroom was broken and is to be replaced. Dispenser in women’s restroom was empty and it is to be refilled. Owner can provide pump soap dispensers or provide individually wrapped single use bar soap as an alternative to wall mounted dispenser. Soap is to be provided in both restrooms by 9/15/22.

Inspector Notes: Observed swimming pool entry gate torn off hinges and self locking closure busted. Owner or PIC not available at time of inspection. Posted pool closure sign on gate. Straightened gate and wire tied it shut. See 9/14/22 swimming pool inspection report for further information. Phone conversation with owner concerning pool closure. Gate and self-locking closure to be repaired 9/15/22 and owner call for reinspection.
