Inspector Notes: Observed food debris still on utensils that have been washed and put on shelf: colander, lettuce cutter, rolling pin, and metal pans. Food debris on the food contact surface/side of items. COS: PIC removed all items to be recleaned. EH showed the debris to PIC.

Inspector Notes: Observed wet stacking metal pans on shelf in the kitchen area/raw chicken area. EH showed to PIC. PIC removed all metal pans that are wet stacked to be placed properly to air dry before stacking.
