Inspector Notes: Observed soiled food contact surface of automatic ice machine used for customers and located in kitchen. Observed black slime/mildew. CFSM/PIC will have it cleaned today.

Inspector Notes: Repeat Violation: Observed several wet wiping cloths used to wipe down food prep tables laying on food prep tables and not stored in sanitizing solution between uses. COS: PIC removed all wet wiping cloths.

Inspector Notes: Observed soiled nonfood contact surfaces of shelves, storage containers, microwave oven, grills, coolers, and freezers. PIC will have all items cleaned within five days.

Inspector Notes: Observed missing cove molding throughout kitchen area. Also soiled hood system. Hood system has a lot of dust buildup from the top to the ceiling. CFSM/PIC stated it will all be done within 10 days.
