On Monday, June 21, 2021, at approximately 1354 hours, Decatur County Sheriff’s Office Investigator Monteze McCall was on duty at the Decatur County Sheriff’s Office, Bainbridge, Decatur County, Georgia. While there, Inv. McCall received a phone call from Decatur County Jail Detention Deputy Lieutenant Kassandra Royal. Lt. Royal advised Inv. McCall that his assistance was needed in the jail to help with a subject brought in and being unruly.
