Inspector Notes: Observed grease deposit build up on pizza screens. Also, cracked plastic food storage containers. PIC stated she will have screens cleaned by 06/17/21. PIC stated there are only four plastic containers and all are new. They use the old containers to store their pizza slicer between uses until they can find a containers that will work.
