Inspector Notes: Observed soiled food contact surfaces of the large salt & pepper shakers sitting on top of the soiled/greasy hood system. Between uses shaker end/dispensing end laying on the heavy grease build up. Observed damaged food contact surface of the Panisonic microwave in the kitchen. The inside top of the microwave is melted; black on the inside top. Salt & Pepper shakers were removed. Microwave will be replaced within 10 – 12 days.

Inspector Notes: Observed soiled nonfood contact surfaces of the hood system, coolers, freezer, shelves, cup holders, ice cream cone holder, flour bin, microwave, and etc. PIC will have everything cleaned by 05/25/2021. Observed seven dining room seats damaged. Contact EH for plan of action to repair/replace dining seats.

Inspector Notes: Observed soiled floors under and behind shelves and equipment. Observed heavy grease build up on the floors around deep fryer. PIC will have floors cleaned by 05/28/2021.
