A Celebration of Life Services for Mr. Wilmer Phillips will be held on Saturday, October 5, 2019 at 11:30AM at Saint Thomas Missionary Baptist Church, 198 Edwards Road, Bainbridge, Georgia with Pastor Willie Smiley, Officiating. Interment will follow in New Messiah Church Cemetery. Care and Direction entrusted to Collins Family Mortuary.
Deeply Sadden by the lost of Deacon Wilmer Phillips. Deacon Phillips was a friendly, respectful man and always willing to help people in any way he could. He would always speak with a friendly smile and Hand shake. He would always sing in the Gospel choir at Emanuel Missionary Baptist church until his health failed. I will always remember him with a friendly smile a firm hand shake and one of his songs that he would sing. The name of the song I would like to here him sing was ” Operator”.
To the family I am very sorry for your lost. Always remember the good times that you shared with your father and Pray and God will keep you strong.
