Bainbridge Public Safety is pleased to report that Investigator Mark Esquivel is recovering nicely from injuries sustained yesterday while assisting Decatur County Fire and Rescue at a house fire on Aryola Drive. Investigator Esquivel was struck by a responding fire truck and suffered a broken leg. Mark reports that he is receiving excellent care and that all of the messages of support he has received are helping to lift his spirits. In his typical optimistic fashion, he says he will be back at work soon.
