I do monitor, edit and delete comments that are submitted based on the following;
Please respect comments by others as their opinions and do not attack them, in other words, don’t get personal in your comments, address the opinion not the person.
In General
If you would like to make an undocumented controversial statement about something that happened, you must include your name. (I will verify name before posting) Including your name does not necessarily mean the statement will be posted.
If you would like to advertise, please see our advertising page and contact us. This means if a poster is promoting a business it will be deleted.
If you would like to say something negative about a local business or church, this is not the place.
If you would like to say something positive about a local business or church, they must be advertisers on BainbridgeGA.com
If you would like to comment about the character of a specific person, this is not the place.
I think there are some great forums to discuss national politics and religion, so let’s not do it here.
All opinions or issues submitted that follow these guidelines are welcome.
I have certainly seen my share of comments and opinions that cross these guidelines and at the same time are very relevant to an issue. I do my best to strike a fair balance based on these guidelines.
