It disturbs me that the two African-American members of the board abstained; do we really have the support we need from them for African-Americans in a situation on a more positive note? Or will they feel threatened? On a more positive note, I am glad that Mrs. Grimsley can move forward with her career now.

July 4th Big Entertainment Nixed

decatur county board of edu. is in hot water now.
well i must have to say i just saw our local news wctv 6 and was very alarmed at what i saw. so i kinda know this family and made some calls and got to talk to the mother. and to the teacher who did this to this small child you need to be whipped yourself and fired . i saw the pictures and felt the dismay from the parent.
