Child Porn Arrest Made

Category: General Comments — Larry @ 11:29 pm

I was just wondering has anyone else also thought, why was this not reported by the rental center the first time?

We see on the news about Exploitation of Children, the damage and never ending pain and suffering these children are going to have live with everyday every minute for the rest of their lives.

I would imagine these children would of hoped if anyone could of stopped it sooner, reported the first time not wait till they had to see it again they would have smiled at you and said thank you.

I hope that anyone who is aware of this going on will report it no matter how it may or may not seem.

Vicious Dog Kills

Yesterday my grand kids little dog was killed by the neighbors dog. This is the second dog they have have lost to the same neighbors dogs. We fenced in our six acres but the gate was open because my daughter had just come in.

What is so sad is there is NOTHING we can do because we live in the country. Even though these dogs came on OUR property. My eight year old granddaughter is SO heart broken, she loved this little dog so much.I guess nothing will ever be done UNLESS a child is killed! Well I guess something could be done, then–Who Knows

YMCA After school and Summer Camp

I would like to know why the YMCA has not built a building for After School and Summer camp Programs. Supposedly they had the money. But now instead they are building another pool. The old house they used to use is falling down and can not be used anymore so the kids pretty much have to be in the Main Building or outside.

Vicious Dogs - Please Help Us

Category: General Comments — Larry @ 1:14 pm

I am so glad some one is finally speaking up about it.
I didnt know what to do about them.
I called and was told the catcher doesnt do in the country.

I had a rabbit in a cage for 8 yrs and they tore the cage apart and killed my grandkids rabbit. Then my little dog I had for 6 yrs was in the yard doing her job and they jumped her and killed her. I was so mad I wanted to kill every dog in the community but, I ask God to help me with this that maybe one day some one would do something about it.

Now someone please do something because I have grandkids that love to play in the yard.

City Marina Desires to sell Beer?

Category: General Comments — Larry @ 2:04 am

mike writes

Just when I think I’ve heard it all, I awake this morning to read this. City Manager Chris Hobby has applied for the city marina to acquire a license to sell beer. I am not only shocked but deeply saddened that after all the research the city has put in to planning and building our new marina, it has come down to the fact that if we don’t sell beer it will not be a successful operation.
