The band, football, and Cheerleaders are all going to be out on friday, the school is practically going to be shut down. There should only be a half day on friday.

The Cats do it again. I agree with the guys on the radio, Coach Woods is a genius. The team has proved they know how to win! I listened to the game on the radio and really appreciate the broadcast team for what they do. Just a suggestion. Y’all get so excited that all of you talk at once and we can’t tell whats going on! Slow down just a little so those of us at home can follow the game. GO CATS!

It infuriates me to see adults attack a child that is not old enough to possess a full driver’s license, not old enough to vote, not old enough to purchase alcohol legally, unable to sign a legal document, but evidently old enough (in their eyes) to know the difference between right and wrong when it comes to engaging in a “consensual” relationship with an adult.

I am soon to retire from the military. I grew up in Bainbridge / Decatur County and remember it fondly. I keep up (as best I can between deployments) with the “happenings and going on’s” in Bainbridge and still have many family members in the area.

Some students at the high school are starting a “Basketball Band.” I saw a flyer about it at a local store, I asked a BHS band member about it and they said that it had nothing to do with the BHS marching band.
What is this all about?

I came home for the weekend visiting my family. While in the yard with my nephews (5 and 1) I kept noticing cars literally flying down Bethel Road. I think they were trying to see how fast they could get from one end to the other. I have contacted the police regarding this but by the time they get to the neighborhood the culprits are long gone.

11.17.07…..Enjoyed seeing the Bearcats spotted Statesboro 14 and took control of the game with 28 and won!! Congratulations!
Barring running into some ‘buzzsaw’ of a team, this type of play will be respected.
I even understand Thomas Central spent some time respecting the Bearcats after their game–in a whirlpool or two. Go, Bearcats!!

Someone please tell me why this man was given such a harsh punishment and (edited-LS) Don’t get me wrong, I DO think he should be punished, but come on, 30 years and has to serve 20? (edited-LS) I just think they both knew what they were doing and both should be repremanded.

I’m very curious to find our information regarding churches.
I know of a church in town that was founded over 30 years ago. The members of this church broke away from another church. These people got together and purchased land, erected a building, and joined a denomination.

the boys need your support now..more than ever. We need to fill the stadium to the brink. Our Cats can stand Toe to Toe with the number two team in the state, TCC, Friday night. That is my belief. Kids respond to positive things and one positive thing they can see is by not seeing an empty seat in the house. lets show our Cats that we want them to succeed. After TCC, win, lose, or draw we will host a playoff game right here in bainbridge for the first time in several years. Get off your couches and recliners, spend a little cash, and come watch our boys march deep into the playoffs and hopefully be region champs.
“Balanced and Restorative Justice” is described by the State of Georgia as a mission rather than a program
Who will step up and make this happen?
If you believe this will make a positive difference,
please contact one of the needed partners and tell them.

I want to buy the flex-tex conversion kit for my car, but there is no place in Bainbridge where I can buy ethanol. The Ethanol Production Plant in Camilla, GA will be in production in October 2008. When can we expect to see Ethanol service pumps in Bainbridge? I am ready to go green/yellow.
Thank you,
Darlene
