Fred Smiley
March 4, 1939 - February 13, 2014

Fred Smiley lived, worked and loved New York, where he had many friends, some he considered to be family. Smiley, as I was fond of calling him, was a pleasant cheerful and thoughtful man. He lived a quiet life as a retiree in New York City, the city he loved. On the evening of February 13, 2014, after a brief illness, he closed his eyes for the last time and he was called home. His New York friends and adopted family will miss him dearly. Rest in Peace my dear friend.
