Robbery at Knife Point

A resident on Zorn road reported he was robbed at knife point on Friday night at about 8 pm.

He reported to BPS Cpl Nigel Hurst that the man walked up to his home carrying an unopened 40 oz beer. He stated that they sat in the carport and talked for about an hour.  The resident walked around the corner of the carport for a moment, and felt something sharp against his neck and was told "Don't be stupid!"

The resident stated he tried to fight the man off but was beaten in the face by the suspect.  The suspect took his wallet containing about $150 in cash and his 12 pack of beer and fled north towards the rail road tracks.

On Saturday, the resident reported to Cpl Hurst that he had searched and found his wallet, less the money, about 1000 yards west on the rail road track.
