GSP Busts Hoskins Again
Feb 23, 2011, 03:00

Georgia State Trooper David Fretwell ended Leonard Hoskins' lucky streak when he busted him on Saturday afternoon.  Leonard Hoskins and Angela Gray were charged with possession of methamphetamine with intent, among a host of other charges.

Trooper David Fretwell clocked Hoskins traveling over 70 mph on Cooktown Road on Saturday afternoon and made the stop.  When he approached the car the smell of marijuana was unmistakable.  He called for Deputy's assistance for a search of the vehicle.  The search revealed about 4 grams of methamphetamine, several small baggies of marijuana and prescription medicine that was not in its prescribed container.

Leonard Dwight Hoskins was on parole after serving, for the second time, 1 1/2 years on a 10 year sentence.  He was released in December of 2008.  Decatur County Sheriff's deputies had busted Hoskins in March of 2007 in Rolling Meth Lab Busted.

Hoskins also had a drug related conviction in 2002 and received a 10 year sentence, serving 1 1/2 years.  Perhaps society will be spared from Leonard Hoskins for a little longer this time.
