On July 10, Bainbridge Rotary Club recognized the annual change in leadership. As John Dowdy departs from serving as club president, the void will be filled by Bo Jones.

Bo is a lifelong resident of Decatur County. He spent his college days at Georgia Southern, graduating in 1992 and currently manages insurance at the Georgia Farm Bureau. He is very active in his church, First Baptist as well as the Bainbridge-Decatur County Chamber of Commerce. He is blessed with his wife Ginger and they have three children.
Bo has been a Rotarian for seven years. He recently completed his year as president elect, a year of learning from District leaders as well as a year of service to his club and community. He has also served the club as Secretary. He and his family recently served as host for the visiting Georgia Rotary Student Program guest, a student from Germany who matriculated for a year at Valdosta State University.
Joining Bo in his 2012-13 administration are Bridget Collier, Pres elect; Gerard Kwilecki, Secretary; Dick Youmans, Treasurer; and John Dowdy, Vice President. Directors will include Joe Truhett, Administration; Marjorie Mayfield, Service; Emily Yent, Foundation; Don Robinson, Public Relations; and Cile Warr, Membership.
It will be another strong year of local and international service for the Bainbridge Rotary Club! Be watching; you will see!
