While studying "Force and Motion," Mrs. Smith's 6th grade class at Grace Christian Academy was asked to design and build catapults as their science project.
They were required to research catapults and select one to study, they had to write a paper on their catapult, draw a blue print, construct their catapult, keep a science journal, and demonstrate their catapult while answering questions from a panel of judges.

Congratulations to Waylon Coggins who won 1st place, Morgan Cannon won 2nd, and Emily Straughn received 3rd. Honorable Mention went to Drake Law and Eliza Butler.
