BMS Thunder Splits Doubleheader

Bainbridge Thunder, the Bainbridge Middle School Summer Baseball Team, split a doubleheader with the Seminole County Dixie Youth all-star team that won their district championship and is preparing for the state tournament. The Thunder lost the first game 10-3 and won the second game 6-1.

Leading hitters were Cabe Rathel, Jalen Belin and Brent Noble, and ourtstanding picthing efforts were given by Blake Merchant, Anderson Bailey, Dustin Strickland, and Tyler Braswell. The Bainbridge Thunder will continue to play through the summer and into October.
