Meet Bainbridge College Circle K Bailey Bailey-K for short
Unconditional Love: not something many people find within themselves.

Whirlwind days filled with job, kids, spouse, school. Hobbies, pets, housework, yard work...We don’t really see the world around us and like the Priest and the Pharisee, we allow things to be someone
else's problem. Seldom do we put on the cloak of the Good Samaritan and take the responsibility on our own shoulders, or into our own pet carrier , as in this case.

Tuesday, March 25, the arms of an angel (Penny Burnside) opened up for this sweet natured puppy, and took her to the Bainbridge Humane Society, then to her home and THEN to the extraordinary care of Dr. Cliff Bailey.

The original prognosis was not positive-it appeared that with such severe injuries and heartworms, Bailey-K would become one more playmate over the Rainbow Bridge. However, after careful & loving consideration, Dr. Bailey determined that with surgery and the juvenile Heartworm regime, Bailey-K would be OK!

One Good Samaritan donated the surgery so now all the Good Samaritans among us need to come up with is: $500.00 for the heartworm treatment and incidental expenses. Surely, each of us can forgo that latte, or that magazine, or that lunch at a resturant, just once to contribute to the reclamation of this beautiful , loving creature.

All Bailey-K wants is someone to love her like she loves-unconditionally, without reservation, and without pain. Personally, I think she’s found her forever home, and her last name is now Burnside,...
