Memorial Weekend At Commodore Park

There's a lot happening at Commodore Park this Memorial Day Weekend, May 26 and 27. Activities for the kids, the teens and mom and dad. This is a benefit for BAIN (Bainbridge Advocacy Individual Network, Inc). BAIN is a non-residential Center for Independent Living (CIL) serving eleven counties throughout Southwest Georgia.

The two day event begins on Saturday with Kids Day. From 10:00 am until 5:00 pm there will be games, inflatables and free food and drinks for kids up to 12.

Later in the day it's time for the Teen Luau. The Luau is from 7:00 pm until 12 midnight. A teen talent contest will also be held during this time with 1st, 2nd and, 3rd place prizes given. Anyone wanting to enter must do so before May 18th by calling 229-220-2995 or 229-254-8912.

Sunday features a Custom Car Show and Cookout. Bring your lawn chairs, tents and grills (there are no food vendors). Admission is $5.00 per person, kids under 12 no charge.  Download your Custom Car Show Entry Form Here



Local music groups and performers from the area will also be providing entertainment . Spots are also available for arts and craft vendors. Those entering the Custom Car Show must be in place for judging by 4:00 pm and trophies will be given. Entry fee by May 18th is $20.00 after the 18th is $25.00.
