Bainbridge Public Safety Investigator James Dollar has arrested 44 year old Danny Lee Casteel.

Casteel was charged with aggravated child molestation and rape on a 12 year old female victim.  His address was listed by Public Safety as 137 Andrews Road and by Decatur county Jail as 712 Washington Street.
