At about 1 am, Officer Beau Harrell responded to Jones Street to a domestic dispute. He arrived inside the home to find a male on the ground and a female crying. The female was crying that "He pulled my hair out" and the officer observed a bunch of hair in her hand. The male had a busted lip.
After separating the 2, the officer attempted to speak to the apparent intoxicated 42 year old male. He then spoke with the 27 year old female again who stated that he was drunk and pulled her hair for no reason.
The intoxicated Whitney Tyler could not get to his feet without assistance. Officer Harrell helped him to his feet so he could be handcuffed and taken to jail on a charge of disorderly conduct.

At about 3 am, Officer Rusty Day noticed an individual at Russ and Green Streets and then the individual could not be found. Cpl Craig Carr and Officer Lee Whitehead responded to assist in finding him. Officers sat in the Grocery Outlet parking lot and after a few minutes the subject was again seen at the intersection and then hid. Officers searched the area on foot and Cpl Carr found him hiding under a van in a Russ Street backyard.
The 15 year old Campbell Street resident said he was hiding because he knew he wasn't supposed to be out this late walking around. DJJ was notified and the subject released to his grandmother.

At about 3 am, Officer Gary Hines responded to a domestic in progress at Hutto McIver Apartments. 911 reported the complainant was inside her house hiding from 2 or 3 females outside her apartment threatening her with bats and sticks.
The complainant stated that Crystal Griffin was one of the girls and the driver of a gold Ford Taurus that drove to start the altercation. As Officer Hines spoke with Crystal to get her side of the story, she began to get very irate and loud and would not calm down.
Crystal had a strong smell of an alcohol and since Officer Hines saw her driving, she was transported to the Decatur County Jail for an intox test. Crystal's lowest intox reading was .079 so not charged.
Also found in Crystal's car was a red t-ball bat that was in hand outside of the complainant's apartment. In the end, Crystal Griffin, 24, of 306 Godwin Street was charged with disorderly conduct.

At about 5 pm, Captain Robert Humphrey responded to 2 females fighting at Water and Collier Streets. He arrived to find a crowd of people with a female walking away yelling and cursing. Tynesha Williams told him "I don't give a xxxk about the police" and was placed into custody and into the patrol vehicle. Another female on the porch of the residence was identified as the other participant, Esther Lafortune.
Captain Humphrey viewed the video from individuals taping the incident on their cell phones. It showed Tynesha Williams, 18, standing in the middle of Water Street yelling and screaming and Esther Lafortune, 20, walked out in the road. The two began fighting falling to the ground. The two females continued to fight on the ground until a male separated them. Both were charged with disorderly conduct and transported to the Bainbridge Public Safety and booked.

A burglary was reported to Officer Brent Haire by a Bethel Road resident. The complainant stated that someone had kicked in the back door to her home and stolen a DVD player, a pink Alltel LG cell phone, and a Samsung 27" color television.

A car burglary on Zorn Road was reported to Sheriff's Sgt. Patrick Trolinger. The complainant reported that among the items stolen were his a Winchester 243 caliber, 170 bolt action with a Barska scope hunting rifle. The vehicle had been left unlocked.

A 29 year old Hispanic female reported, via an interpreter, that she was attempting to get financial assistance. It was discovered that someone using her social security number was working for a business named "Cold Keepers". Deputy Nick Godwin gave her an identity theft packet and advised her on the steps to take.

At about 1 pm, Officer Archie Mills spotted a female absconding from a grocery store with their shopping cart. When asked if she had permission from the store to have the shopping cart, she replied that she did not. Yolande Saint Fleur Dorcely was arrested and charged with theft. Mrs. Dorcely's companion took the four bags of groceries home for her.

At about 9 am, Officer Ryan Deen responded to Broughton Street to a domestic in progress. The complainant reported that Tavar Bernard Shaikha had held her down on a chair, pulled her hair, and threatened to beat her. She stated that she got away from Shaikha, ran into the bedroom and called 911. Tavar Shaikha was not on scene and was not located.

Officer Greg Brown responded to the area of College and Monroe Streets in reference to shots fired. He arrived to see Kimberly Ford holding a metal pole ready to attack a male standing in front of her holding a cigarette out. As the officer got out Kimberly became irate, ran to her house cursing and making racial slurs. Kimberly was saying "xxck you", "get out of here mother xxxxer" and "I ain't call your cracker ass". When ordered to stop Kimberly stated "I ain't gotta stop for your xxtch ass, you ain't got no warrant".
With several juveniles standing and watching, Officer Brown proceeded into the house and arrested Kimberly. While the officer was getting information from her brothers, Kimberly removed her hands from the cuffs and began banging on the patrol car window. She was removed from the car to secure the handcuffs and became very combative, fighting Officer Brown.
Kimberly's mother stated that she had broken two windows in the house and was upset about her boyfriend. Kimberly's brother reported "She just went crazy in the house, I'm scared, I don't know what is wrong with her". Kimberly Jersha Ford, 17, of 428 East College Street was charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

An auto burglary was reported to Officer Hank Day by a Pecan Drive resident. The complainant stated that her purse containing $60, her driver's license, a cell phone, and her children's social security cards had been stolen. There were no signs of forced entry.

Bainbridge Public Safety recently to several disturbances between two baby mama with children of the same man. At about 6 pm Friday, Nov 20, Captain Jack Bunting responded to another fight in the 1500 block of Powell Street.
Captain Bunting arrived to find several females complaining of an on going situation from Andreika Harper, 21, and 21 year old Kolondra Marshall. Each indicated it was the other one's fault, of course.
Andreika Harper reported that she was in her vehicle at Woodalls when Kolondra Marshall reached inside and pulled her hair. Her eye was also swollen and there was a small laceration. A witness, who confirmed that incident, stated she knew Kolondra Marshall's family and wanted to help. She went with Andreika Harper to Powell Street to talk with Kolondra's family and try to straighten things out.
Kolondra Marshall stated she did push Andreika Harper in the face and may have scratched her in the process. Kolondra Marshall stated Andreika Harper will not leave her alone. Kolondra stated that earlier Andreika Harper had driven by where she was visiting a friend and yelled obscenities like you xxtch etc from a moving car.
Kolondra Marshall stated she followed Andreika Harper to the store and confronted her about the cursing. Kolondra Marshall, 21, of 1120 E Broughton Street was arrested for disorderly conduct.

Three members of a Spring Creek Road family were treated at the hospital after mom attempted to spank her 15 year old son. The juvenile stated he was not going to be spanked and fought back. EMS and Sheriff's Deputies responded to the call at about 10:30 pm.
Mom's leg was significantly hurt and she was transported to the hospital by EMS to be checked. The brother's and father's injuries inflicted by the juvenile during the episode were also checked at the hospital. The 15 year old visited the Blakely Youth Detention Center.

A citizen reported finding a XOXO brand black purse with multi sized and shaped hearts discarded on Newton Road, just north of the city limits. No identification was in the purse.

At about 11 pm, Officer Anthony Stubbs responded to a damage to property at Sims Street Apartments. The complainant stated that Gregory Ward, an ex-boyfriend, came over to her apartment to drop off her son. She stated he wanted to come in but she said no and he began to beat on the doors and windows and broke the kitchen window. Gregory Ward could not be located.

At about 7:30 am, Captain Justin Bedwell responded to Wautauga Road in reference to an overturned vehicle. He found a Chevy Lumina overturned off of the north shoulder. There was no driver or occupants around. Capt. Bedwell determined that the vehicle had been traveling east and while negotiating a curve, left the roadway. The vehicle struck a culvert, became airborne and overturned 3 times before coming to rest on the roof.
Deputy Nick Godwin located the vehicle owner who arrived on scene a short time later. She reported that her son, Eddie Harrell, Jr., had been driving the vehicle and that he had called her about 30 minutes earlier and asked her to come pick him up but did not say where. Capt. Bedwell later learned that Eddie does not have a driver's license. For some reason Eddie could not be located to talk to.

You got to be kidding. A Shotwell Street store reported an attempt to pass a counterfeit 100 dollar bill on Tuesday around 6:30 pm. The clerk pointed out to BPS Captain Jack Bunting the male who tried to pass the bill. The male stated that he sold a shirt for $100 to a another male and could not know his name nor where he lived.
The Public Safety report states that the Climax resident attempting to pass the $100 bill is a college student with access to a equipment able to produce this bill. The bill is a poor fake and he should have known the bill was not right. This case was turned over to investigations.

A burglary was reported to BPS Sgt Ray Cox on Sharp Street at about 11:30 pm. The complainant reported that she got home to find their Hewlett Packard Pavilion computer, monitor and HP printer had been stolen from the residence.

A burglary was reported to Officer Pat Bryant on Columbia Street at about midnight. The complainant reported that she got home from work and found her 32 inch flat screen TV gone. Officer Bryant found the back door had been kicked in.

The complainant reported about $1,000 in items missing from his shed including 2 Black And Decker Drills, a propane tank, impact wrench, volt meter, a 12 volt battery and a Poulan chain saw and a container of miscellaneous tools.

A burglary was reported to Sheriff's Cpl. Jason Williams on Cohen Green Road. The complainant reported about $500 in items missing from his shed including an 18 inch Poulan chain saw, a Poulan stick saw and a box of miscellaneous tools.

A car burglary was reported to Deputy Daryl Long on Faceville Highway. The complainant stated he discovered his Pioneer Radio/CD player taken out of the dash of his Grand Marquis and then found that a CD player was also taken out of his Chevrolet. He reported he had left the doors on both vehicles unlocked.

A burglary was reported to Deputy Daryl Long on Faceville Highway. The complainant stated he discovered his US Air air compressor with 2 wheels and a 30 ft hose was missing from the carport. Neither he nor his father knew who might have taken it or exactly when it was taken. Deputy Long contacted Investigator Brian Donalson and] advised him of the situation. Deputy Long turned the case over to Investigator Donalson.

Officer Gary Hines responded to a domestic call that had occurred in a Shotwell Street parking lot. The caller reported that Chedrick Brown had slapped a female name. When Officer Hines asked Chedrick what happened, he ignored the officer's commands for him to come back and drove off.
Chedrick drove off with the officer behind him with blue lights and siren and pulled in at the Simms Street Apartments. A large crowd in the area began to escalate the situation as Chedrick Brown was yelling cuss words extremely loud. After Chedrick was asked several times to place his hands on the patrol car and refused he was finally restrained and arrested for disorderly conduct.

A shoplifter at Freds was reported and Officer Ryan Deen responded. The offender had run into the Landmark Apartment Complex and he was not found in the area. In the search, the stolen property was found hidden in the bushes along with a bike, coat and a hat. Witnesses stated that after discarding the items he ran away.

A car burglary was reported to Officer John Mills on Hall Street. The resident reported stolen from the SUV was a $5,000 Trimble GPS tracking system controller and data logger that is used in his surveying work.

A car burglary was reported to Sheriff's Sgt Pat Trolinger on 116 Rand Floyd Road. The resident reported he had discovered missing from his car a Pioneer black/blue lights/fold down face plate, $400, 2 Kicker 12 inch woofers, $500, and a Rockford Fosgate 8oo watt amplifier, $350.

A resident of Brinson Street in Brinson reported a theft to Deputy Spencer Mock. He stated that a satellite dish had been stolen from the pole in his yard. A neighbor reported that he saw a black male in a white Chevy pickup truck with a faded out direct tv sign on the door around the time of the theft. He stated it looked like a service truck with ladders on the back and junk in the back of the truck.

An resident reported a $20,000 theft from Old Whigham Road to Captain Justin Bedwell. The resident reported he had two well pumps stolen from his farm. The resident was suspicious of 2 individuals that had been arrested the previous month for stealing pipe from the same location. Reported stolen was a Fairbanks/Morse 1500 gallon per minute well pump, $15,000, and A Berkely 1000 gallon per minute well pump, $5,000.

A logging trailer was reported stolen from the old bainbridge truck stop. The complainant stated the value of the trailer was $4,000.
