Last week we reported 17 year old Daniel Lazano, was arrested and charged with sexual battery.

BPS Investigator Mark Esquivel has also charged Daniel Lazano (at left) with Statutory Rape and Child Molestation.  The crimes were perpetrated on a 13 year old victim.
