The curve on north Scott Street at Walnut is one that too often drivers drift into the opposing lane.

On Thursday afternoon, both 61 year old Sylvester Neal and 20 year old Jessica Calloway failed to maintain their lanes.  The result was a head on collision.

EMS checked Ms Calloway and she was not transported to the hospital.  Mr Neal, however, did sustain injury to require a transport.  In addition, Sylvester Neal of Martin Street was charged with DUI.
