Last Friday afternoon, Public Safety Officer Brett Trammell was called to Simms and Water Streets regarding a juvenile problem.

When he arrived, several people there began to yell that the juvenile was spray painting cars as they passed by.  Officer Trammell was told by the child his mother was at work and his grandmother was watching him.

As the Officer was speaking to the grandmother about the incident, the juvenile, who is 11 years old, began to yell and curse at the neighbors saying "I gonna fxxxxxg kill you" and "I'm gonna fxxxxxg blow up your house".  Officer Trammell asked him to quit yelling and cursing and he told the officer "fxxx you I hate cops".

As the juvenile was being escorted to the patrol car, he tried to run away.  The officer placed him in handcuffs and then he began to kick Officer Trammell and kick the side of the patrol car.  Housing Authority Security Officer Redd Bradley showed up to help.

They began to place leg restraints on the juvenile and he began again, saying to Officer Bradley, "I'm gonna fxxxxxg kill you" and "your a fxxxxxg pxxxx ass bitch".

The juvenile, now in the car, began to kick the window of the car.

While enroute to the Bainbridge Public Safety, the cursing continued with "I gonna fxxxxxg kill you" and "I'm gonna send my home boy to fxxx your old lady" and "I'm gonna fxxxxxg blow up your car and make sure you are in it when I do it".

At the Public Safety, he told Captain Robert Humphrey "I'm gonna stab your fxxxxxg ass to death".

Return Child To Mother, check.
