Colonel Tom Patton is retired from the Marine Corp after 35 years of service.  The resume he submitted is here.

He is a great believer in expanding the tax base through economic development but doing so in a responsible manner.  He stated in his position as City Manager of Cornelia GA, growth allowed for 2 tax decreases under his leadership.



When asked what his strongest atrribute he brings to us, Mr Patton immediately responded "Character and Integrity".
