The Decatur County Board of Commissioners
August 26, 2008, 7 pm
On Tuesday evening, County Roads Superintendent Billy Leverette spoke to the commissioners and an unusual packed county meeting. Many were there to voice their concerns on county roads they are forced to travel daily.
In a portion of his comments in the audio, he praised his crew and the county volunteer firefighters. He stated they handled over 100 trees down that were removed over the Friday, Saturday and Sunday night period.
