Conditional Approval Of Street Closure Request From Coley Voyles Of WMGR.
Council had last month denied a street closure for a private event and expressed a concern that this was a similar event.
Mr Hobby noted the letter from WMGR's Coley Voyles stated it was a request from the BHS cheerleaders.
Council agreed that if the event is sanctioned by the High School, it is approved, otherwise, denied.

The surplus list contains 64 items that will be placed on an auction site. Mr Hobby stated it typically brings in $20-$25,000 in revenue.
