The video also clearly shows the value of video at a business or home to identify the suspect. This is a 4 cam video put together as one video with much of the time cut out.
After kicking the door in and burglarizing the house, about 1 minute into the video, you can see the female in the car point out the camera to him. Smith will then move his car and enter the house for about 2 minutes. A couple of minutes later. he will check on the fire. Smoke is visible at that point in the attic.
